Shipping:

Ecco Caffé ships all orders via UPS. Shipping charges are calculated by weight. In order to preserve the freshness of your coffee, we use the following methods of shipment as our standard:

California, Oregon, Nevada, Arizona - UPS Ground

All other U.S. states - UPS 2 Day Air

International Shipments - UPS International

You are free to select other methods of shipment if you so choose. However, we strongly recommend using our standard methods in order to get your coffee in its prime.

Ecco Caffe currently roasts Monday through Thursday. Our coffees are roasted to order, and typically ship on the same day.

Returns:

We are commited to your complete satisfaction. If you are unsatified with your order in any way, return the order for a full refund. (Note: We cannot refund shipping charges.)
