In crafting this blend, it was imperative to source phenomenal coffees whose components exhibit exemplary flavor qualities when prepared as espresso. It features the exquisitely delicious coffee from Carlos Sergio Sanglard (2003 First Place winner of Brazil's prestigious Cup of Excellence competition) for its base. Augmenting the blend's phenomenal aromatics and complexity is the Kurimi, one of our favorite coffees from the Yirgacheffe region of Ethiopia.
